ALERT from the Brighton Police Department

Police673

City of Brighton issued the following announcement on Nov 4.

ALERT: The City of Brighton Police Department is looking for help identifying suspects involved in several vehicle break-ins and a stolen vehicle. The crimes occurred during the overnight hours on Wednesday to Thursday, this week, and were concentrated in the south end of the city between Rickett Rd and Brighton Lake Rd.

Please double check your vehicles and call the Police Department at 810-227-2700 or Central Dispatch at 517-546-9111 to report any missing property.

If you have any cameras that may help us identify the suspect(s) responsible please contact Det. Mike Arntz at 810-227-2700 or arntzm@brightoncitypolice.org. If you were not victimized, please use this as a reminder to remove valuables from your vehicles and lock car doors.

Most of the time, vehicles that get broken into are not damaged to gain entry because the doors are unlocked.
