City of Brighton issued the following announcement on Nov 9.
The paving of all streets in the Northwest Neighborhoods will now start on Thursday, November 11, weather permitting. The contractor will be working
extended hours during the day, as well as throughout the weekend, and into next week if necessary, to complete the work.
During this time, roads will be closed to all through traffic. Residents will be able to enter and exit their homes; however, intermittent traffic delays will be experienced. Please do not park any vehicles in the street during the paving.
In addition, on Thursday, November 11, from 9 am to 3 pm vehicles heading into the Third Street Roundabout heading east will be detoured at Fourth Street. There will be a lane shift for traffic heading westbound. Detours will be posted; however, it is suggested to avoid this area if possible during this time.
