City of Hudsonville recently issued the following announcement.
At their regular meeting last night, the Hudsonville Planning Commission got their first look at a proposed mixed-use building by Midwest Construction Group that will be coming to our downtown soon.
This new 3-4 story mixed-use building will front directly on Harvey Street and will be located right next door to the Hudson Center. It will house several new restaurants and businesses on the ground floor and new 1-2 bedroom apartments on the upper floors.
The City is currently working in collaboration with Midwest and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation to bring this exciting new project to Hudsonville in 2022!
