The ZBA reviews the information provided to them before the meeting by the Planning and Zoning Department and will go to the site and its surrounding neighborhood to see what impact allowing the appeal would make. In making their decision, the intent is to ensure that development is compliant with the city’s codes and is harmonious with surrounding properties and shall not endanger the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the public. This shall include existing, prospective, or future owners or users of adjacent and nearby properties and the public.
