City of Brighton recently issued the following announcement.
SNOW EMERGENCY IN EFFECT
The City of Brighton has issued a snow emergency due to the winter storm watch this week. When a snow emergency is in effect, there is no on‐street parking allowed along all streets in the City of Brighton.
The snow emergency will be effect from 12:00 am Wednesday morning, February 2 until 5:00 pm Friday, February 4
All vehicles parked on any City street shall be towed by authorization of the Police Chief after all reasonable attempts are made to inform the vehicle owner. The owner(s) of said vehicle(s) towed shall pay all related fees.
