Heat-related illnesses

Heat-related illnesses are serious conditions that may require medical attention. If you feel signs of heat exhaustion you should rest in a cool place, drink cool fluids, and loosen your clothing.

If you or someone you know still feels unwell after resting in a cool place, or is experiencing a temperature of 104 or greater, difficulty breathing, confusion, loss of consciousness, or seizure, call 911 for assistance.
