Attached is the Council agenda for Monday, July 18. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. There will be NO special work session held prior to the meeting, but there is an IFT tour scheduled at 6:00 p.m. for Council and staff at Glassource, at which time a quorum of Council may be present.
