The responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support for the police department by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, receiving visitors and scheduling meetings. The office is staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This position will work Mondays – Fridays, 3pm to 11pm.
Successful candidates will have a background in general office procedures, knowledge of computer applications, including word processing software, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
