The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) will hold its annual Football Media Day, presented by FloSports, on Thursday, August 1 at the Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The event will feature the reveal of the 2024 preseason coaches' poll and interviews with players and coaches.

ESPN3/ESPN Plus broadcaster Adam Jaksa will host the 2024 GLIAC Football Media Day, which is scheduled to begin at 12:50 p.m. with opening comments from GLIAC Commissioner Kris Dunbar. The interview portion of the event will be streamed live on FloSports and on the GLIAC's YouTube Channel:

1:15 p.m.: Michigan Tech (HC Dan Mettlach, QB Alex Fries, LB Marc Sippel)

1:30 p.m.: Northern Michigan (HC Shane Richardson, OL Chris Bornhoeft, LB Mitch Larkin)

1:45 p.m.: Davenport (HC Sparky McEwen, DL Austin Alward, RB Myren Harris)

2:00 p.m.: Ferris State (HC Tony Annese, WR Tyrese Hunt-Thompson, LB Sefa Saipaia)

2:15 p.m.: Grand Valley State (HC Scott Wooster, OL Gabe Brown, DB Ian Kennelly)

2:30 p.m.: Roosevelt (HC Jared Williamson, DL Luke Desherow, WR Keonta Nixon)

2:45 p.m.: Saginaw Valley State (HC Ryan Brady, LB Micah Cretsinger, OL Connor Cracchiolo)

3:00 p.m.: Wayne State (HC Tyrone Wheatley, DT Gus Taylor G/T Charles Wesley)

Grand Valley State enters the 2024 campaign as the two-time defending GLIAC Champions and has won 16 consecutive GLIAC games. Additionally, GVSU was ranked No. 7 nationally by Lindy's Sports in a preseason publication.
