The 2024 GVSU Football Preseason Radio Tour, presented by Coors Light, will commence on Wednesday, August 14 at Uccellos in Standale. Steve Lloyd-Jones, the voice of Laker Football, will be joined by second-year head coach Scott Wooster from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. to discuss the upcoming season. The show will air live on The Ticket West Michigan (106.1 FM), WLAV (96.1 FM), WLCS Muskegon (98.3 FM), and 1340 AM, providing insights into the team roster, depth chart, schedule, and opponents.
Fans attending in person can participate in giveaways, prizes, fan questions, and interactions at the location.
The tour dates are as follows:
- Wednesday, August 14: Uccellos (Standale) from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 21: Southside Bar & Grill (Coopersville) from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, August 28: Snug Harbor (Grand Haven) from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
GVSU Football games will be broadcast on 97 LAV (96.9 FM) and www.wlav.com throughout the season with pregame coverage starting 90 minutes before kickoff. Fans can also access inside information all season long with the GVSU Football Weekly Report live from Main Street Pub every Thursday starting September 12 on The Ticket West Michigan.
