GVSU women's golf team concludes second round at Folds of Honor Collegiate

The GVSU women's golf team concluded the second round at the Folds of Honor Collegiate at American Dunes in Grand Haven, Michigan. The Lakers are currently positioned in 14th place.

Florida State advanced three spots to lead at nine over par. Arizona is in second place, trailing by one stroke, with Ohio State just one stroke behind them at +11. Texas holds fourth place at +15, followed by Baylor in fifth at +16. GVSU stands in 14th place with a score of +53.

Olivia Stoll moved up to a tie for 29th with a score of +8 after her round of 75 (+3), achieving two birdies. Julia Sanchez is in 43rd place with a score of +12, having carded an 82 (+10) and making one birdie. Evelyn Park scored a round of 78 (+6) with one birdie, placing her in a tie for 61st at +15. Paula Badino is tied for 66th at +19 following her round of 79 (+7), also making one birdie. Lea Stotz is in 71st place at +23 after scoring an 84 (+12) with one birdie.

GVSU will conclude the event tomorrow, teeing off at 7:15 AM alongside Colorado State and Navy.
