Olivia Stoll named GLIAC golfer of the week

ALLENDALE, MICH. – Olivia Stoll earned GLIAC Golfer of the Week accolades for the fourth time in her Laker career, as announced by the league office earlier today.
At the Folds of Honor Challenge in Grand Haven, Stoll tied for 29th, the highest finish of any non-Division I golfer. She had rounds of 77, 75, and 74, making seven birdies over the three days.
That was followed up by a runner-up performance at the Folds of Honor Challenge this past week. Stoll helped lead the Lakers to a second-place finish as a team, as she carded rounds of 72, 74, and 70. She sank eight birdies to place second.
GVSU plays again this weekend over in East Lansing at the Mary Fossum Invitational on Sunday and Monday.
