Grand Valley State University (GVSU) has announced the promotional dates for the upcoming 2024-2025 basketball season. The women's team, led by head coach Mike Williams, aims to build on their successful previous season where they achieved a record of 31-3 and secured both the GLIAC regular season and tournament championships. Key players returning include All-American Rylie Bisballe and All-GLIAC selections Nicole Kamin, Paige Vanstee, and Hadley Miller.

The men's basketball team also has high expectations with eight rotation players returning, including top scorers Ethan Alderink and William Dunn. Head coach Cornell Mann will continue to lead the team into his third season after reaching the GLIAC championship game last year.

Season tickets are currently available for purchase at gvsulakers.com/bbseason, covering all 28 home games for both men's and women's teams. Courtside tickets can be reserved by contacting GVSU directly.

Promotional events kick off on November 9th with Senior Day for the women's game against Ohio Dominican. Other notable promotions include free t-shirts for students at select games presented by Trio Townhomes, Ugly Sweater Night on December 20th during the men's game against Illinois Springfield, and various giveaways throughout the season.

Highlights include "Crewneck and Flight Giveaway" on February 6th where one student will win a spring break flight, and "Kids Day" on March 1st with opportunities to receive replica jerseys with youth ticket purchases.
