The GVSU women's golf team concluded their fall season at the NCAA Nationals Preview in Orlando, Florida. After completing two rounds of play, the Lakers secured an 11th place finish.
Flagler College emerged victorious in the tournament with a score of -7. Saint Leo University took second place, Barry University finished third, Dallas Baptist University came fourth, while Nova Southeastern University and West Texas A&M University tied for fifth place.
Leading the Lakers was Olivia Stoll, who tied for 18th place with a score of +3. She shot a final round of 72 (E) and made two birdies. Megan Miron tied for 37th at +5, with a final round of 77 (+5) and also made two birdies. Rachael Krieger and Julia Sanchez both tied for 47th after shooting rounds of 76 (+4). Krieger made two birdies, while Sanchez sank one. Kay Zukbus finished in a tie for 67th with a final round score of 75 and made two birdies.
