Nebraska defeats Grand Valley State in basketball exhibition match

The Grand Valley State men's basketball team faced a defeat against Nebraska with a score of 73-53 on Sunday afternoon. This game was the second in their series of three exhibition matches.

Mason Docks emerged as the leading scorer for the Lakers, contributing seven points and three assists. Kaden Brown supported the team with six points, including two successful three-pointers, and four rebounds. Charles Turner also added six points with two made three-pointers and secured three rebounds. William Dunn and Javion Otten each contributed six points to the team's total. Ethan Alderink stood out with ten rebounds, four of which were offensive.

On Nebraska's side, Gavin Griffiths led the scoring with 14 points, hitting four out of six from beyond the arc. Brice Williams followed closely with 13 points along with two rebounds and two assists. Juwan Gary chipped in nine points and provided three assists while Berke Buyuktuncel dominated the boards for Nebraska by grabbing 13 rebounds.

Grand Valley State is set to complete their exhibition schedule this Wednesday when they travel to Purdue to compete against last year's Division I national runners-up.
