The Grand Valley State women's soccer team, ranked 19th, ended their regular season with a goalless draw against Michigan Tech. The match took place on Saturday afternoon, and the Lakers wrapped up the season with an overall record of 11 wins, one loss, and six draws. In conference play, they finished with eight wins, one loss, and five draws.

Throughout the game, Grand Valley State dominated in terms of shots taken. They outshot Michigan Tech 25 to 10 overall and had a significant advantage in shots on goal with 14 compared to Michigan Tech's four. Additionally, the Lakers earned 11 corner kicks while their opponents managed three.

Leading the offensive efforts for GVSU was Alli French, who attempted five shots with three on target. Ryann Fetty contributed four shots with two being on goal. Sophia Morgan and Abby Winn each had two shots on target as well. Amanda Palmer and Emma Chudik added two shots apiece with one shot on goal each. Goalkeeper Cailynn Junk started in net for GVSU and made four saves during the match, achieving her eighth individual shutout this season.

Grand Valley State concluded their regular season by securing second place in the GLIAC standings. As a result, they will host a quarterfinal matchup in the GLIAC Tournament. This game is scheduled for Tuesday at 5:00 PM at the GVSU Soccer Field and will be available for live streaming on FloSports.
