Fourteen athletes from Grand Valley State University have been recognized with USTFCCCA NCAA DII Cross Country All-Region honors. The awards were announced by the USTFCCCA national office on November 11, following the Midwest Region Cross Country Championships held on November 9.

The criteria for receiving these honors include finishing in the top 25 of each race at the NCAA regional championships. Every runner from Grand Valley State who competed in the Midwest Region Championships achieved this distinction by placing within that range.

In the men's competition, three Lakers finished among the top ten. Caleb Futter and Koby Fraaza led their team, securing second and third places with times of 30:54.34 and 30:54.87 respectively. Scott Spaanstra and Dan Lambert completed their races in tenth and eleventh positions, while Sam Martens, Brock Wooderson, and Owen Westerkamp finished in fourteenth, nineteenth, and twentieth places.

On the women's side, six Lakers claimed spots in the top ten of their race. Lauren Kiley emerged as the individual champion with a time of 20:57.78. She was followed closely by Allie Arnsman who finished second at 21:16.21. Maggie O'Malley took fourth place just ahead of Abby VanderKooi, Maria Mitchell, and Abby Olson who secured sixth, seventh, and tenth positions respectively. Annika Sandman completed her race in seventeenth place.
