The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) has announced the NCAA Division II bracket for the NWCA/USMC Multi-Division National Dual Meet Championships. The event is scheduled to be held at the University of Northern Iowa's UNI-Dome on January 10-11, 2025.

Grand Valley State University, ranked #12, will compete against sixth-seeded and seventh-ranked Augustana University at 11 am on Friday. In another matchup, third-seeded Nebraska-Kearney will face Indianapolis. This marks Grand Valley State's first appearance in the NWCA National Duals since becoming a varsity sport again after a 32-year break.

Grand Valley State recently had a successful weekend at the Glenville State Quad, defeating then fourth-seeded Glenville State with a score of 23-16 and securing a narrow victory over #8-ranked Lander with a score of 21-20. Among their team members, five Lakers are ranked in the top 12 nationally: Josh Kenny (#3 at 174), Carter Blough (#4 at 285), Chris Donathan (#6 at 149), Brayden Mirjavadi (#9 at 184), and Jak Keller (#12 at 133).

This year's championship includes seven of last year's top eight teams, including defending champions Central Oklahoma. St. Cloud State holds the #1 seed and faces competition from #2 Central Oklahoma, #3 Nebraska-Kearney, among others.
