CSCAA names 23 Grand Valley State swimmers as All-Americans

The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has announced its All-American honors, recognizing outstanding performances in swimming. The announcement, made on March 18, 2025, highlighted 23 swimmers from the Grand Valley State Lakers who achieved this prestigious status.

To be named an All-American by the CSCAA, athletes must finish among the top 16 at the National Championship, which recently took place in Indianapolis, Indiana. Competitors placing in the top eight earn first-team honors, while those ranked ninth through sixteenth receive second-team honors.

The list includes eleven women and twelve men from Grand Valley State University who have been recognized for their exceptional performances:

Women: Angiletta Angellica, Olivia Kutsche, Sara Alvarez, Kelly Shortall, Annabelle Nixon, Kiersten Harmon, Vittoria Proietti, Lucy Hedley, Alysa Wager, Maddie Kooistra, Kate O'Connell.

Men: Matthew Blommel, Carsyn Chrstoffel, Andrew Goh, Anton Rauch, Esteban Nunez Del Prado, Evan Scotto DiVetta, Jon Kantzenbach, Thomas Zoldowski, Matt Bosch, Aaron Dies, Austin Millard and Brennan Neitzel.
