Drew Coble has been recognized as a College Sports Communicators First-Team Academic All-American, according to an announcement made earlier today. This marks the second consecutive year that Coble has received this honor, both times being named to the first team.

Previously, Coble was acknowledged as a PING All-American after being selected for the First-Team last year and the Second-Team this season. Coble was also named GLIAC Golfer of the Year and was included in the PING All-Region team. Throughout the season, he completed 20 rounds at par or better, with his lowest round being a score of 66. He concluded the year ranked 14th nationally.

Coble recently finished his master's degree in communication with a cumulative GPA of 3.78. He has twice received GLIAC Commissioner's Awards and has been part of the GLIAC Academic Excellence three times. The graduate student also earned two CSC Academic All-District selections.
