Rep. Angela Rigas, who chairs the House Oversight Subcommittee on Weaponization of Government, has called for testimony from lawyers involved in the recently dismissed “alternate electors” case from Ingham County Court.
“It’s time to learn the true cost behind Dana Nessel’s political prosecutions,” Rep. Rigas said. “Like the other cases we’ve seen, it reeks of our State Government overstepping its role and harming their constituents.”
The subcommittee hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 17th at 9:00AM in Room 308 of the House Office Building. The proceedings will be available via livestream on both the House website and the Michigan House of Representatives YouTube channel.
