Time Details: The Holland City Council meets the first and third Wednesday of the month at 7 PM in the Council Chambers, 1st Floor, at Holland City Hall. The City Council also holds study sessions on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:30 PM in the Training Center, 2nd Floor, at Holland City Hall.
