Holland Ambassador Academy announces dates for fall 2024 program
The 2024 Holland Ambassador Academy is scheduled for Monday evenings, 6-9 p.m., from September 9 to November 11, 2024, at various City departments in Holland. Participation in the program is free, but space is limited, so early application is encouraged. The application window will close as soon as the course reaches full capacity.

Fireworks ordinance reminder for upcoming July 4th holiday
With the July 4th holiday drawing near, residents are reminded of the fireworks ordinance. Fireworks are permitted from 11 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. on June 29 and 30, and July 1 through 5. For more information, a short video is available.

Holland's home repair program aids low-to-moderate-income homeowners
Holland offers a Home Repair Program for city residents, providing financial assistance for necessary home repairs to eligible low-to-moderate-income homeowners. The amount of aid is determined by the scope or type of project and household income. Assistance includes help with determining necessary repairs, solicitation of bids, selection of a contractor, and ensuring that repairs are completed satisfactorily.
