For the first time, five generations are present together in today’s workforce. These include Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Gen Z. Each generation is known for its own set of values and work ethics.
A free community learning event will focus on how these different age groups contribute to the workplace. The event aims to help participants understand the unique strengths each generation brings.
Organizers hope that by exploring these differences and contributions, attendees will be better equipped to foster productive multigenerational workplaces.
