City of Holland issued the following announcement on Nov 29.
A new traffic light is installed at the corner of 12th Street & River Avenue. The new signal will operate in flash mode for the first week in order for traffic to get familiar with the new signal. After the first week, the signal will be switched to full operation. Timing for the new signal will be coordinated with the other signals along River Avenue. As the new signal is brought online, we will monitor and modify timing as needed as traffic continues to normalize over the days and weeks following the switch to full operation.
