Base Asphalt Paving
On Monday, August 1, the base layer of asphalt will be laid on N. First Street and the portions of Chestnut and Walnut between N. First and N. Second. On Tuesday, August 2, N. Fourth Street and Chestnut (between N. Fifth and N. Fourth) will receive their base asphalt layer. The map below shows where the paving will occur.
Residents will have very limited access to their property while the paving is being performed. We encourage residents to park their vehicles on streets in their neighborhood not affected by the paving or the public parking lot located at N. Second and Center Street if you will need to exit and enter your home during the work.
