50 Members of LPD, along with law enforcement from all over Ingham County, participated in the annual Shop With A Cop event!
What is Shop With A Cop? 100 children receive $100 dollars each & pair up with a police officer for a holiday shopping spree! A police escort with lights & sirens takes the children across Lansing to Walmart, where they get to shop, take pictures with Santa, & have lunch!
We are so honored to be able to participate in this event every year. It is a great reminder of why we do what we do. Thank you to all of the volunteers who make this event possible!
