Grand Valley State University's track and field team has announced its schedule for the 2025 outdoor season. The Lakers will primarily compete on the road, with four home meets and the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Championships taking place at their home venue.
The outdoor season begins this weekend on March 22 with the Polar Bear Classic at Indiana Wesleyan. Following this, the team will continue to travel across various states and cities until their first home event on April 4. This two-day event, known as the GVSU Early Meet, will be held at Grand Valley State's Lacrosse/Track & Field Stadium.
Other scheduled home meets include the GVSU Al Owens Classic on April 18-19, the GVSU Extra Weekend Meet on April 26, and the GVSU Saturday Last Chance Meet on May 10. Additionally, Grand Valley State will host the GLIAC Outdoor Championships from April 30 to May 2.
