On Friday, March 21 former Jenison High School Ally VanTimmeren competed in hopes to reach NCAA Division I Basketball Championship

On Friday, March 21, former Jenison High School standout Ally VanTimmeren’s current collegiate team the Michigan Wolverines won 80-74 against the Iowa State Cyclones in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Purcell Pavilion, this was the first game against the Iowa State Cyclones during the championship.

The Michigan Wolverines’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. in Purcell Pavilion against Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

Ally VanTimmeren’s game position is forward.
