Grand Valley State University's track and field team has achieved a notable accomplishment by sweeping the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Outdoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week honors for the second time this season. This recognition has been awarded to several senior athletes following their outstanding performances in recent competitions.

Brooke Barkocy made her mark as the GLIAC women's outdoor track athlete of the week due to her impressive showing at the Ball State University We Fly Challenge. She excelled in the 100m hurdles with a time of 13.96, securing first place, and also demonstrated competitive strength in the 400m hurdles.

Myles Rhodes earned the title of GLIAC men's outdoor track athlete of the week. His notable performance at the same event included a personal-best 20.86 in the 200m sprint and a key role in leading his relay team to first place in the 4x400m relay.

In the field events category, Maggie Stevenson was honored as the GLIAC women's outdoor field athlete of the week following her discus performance at the 2025 South Florida Invitational. Stevenson achieved a season-best mark with a throw of 52.95m (173-9), placing her second in the Midwest and in the NCAA Division II.

Jaivon Harrison received recognition as the GLIAC men's outdoor field athlete of the week for the second time this season. He excelled in the high jump at the South Florida Invitational, clearing 2.20m (7-2.5) and outdoing his previous season best by a centimeter. His performance currently ranks him first in the Midwest and in NCAA Division II.
