City of Douglas recently issued the following announcement.

It’s exciting, it’s cleverly outrageous, it’s the Annual Douglas Adult Halloween Parade! Saturday, October 26th beginning at 9:30 pm at Berry Field and continuing uptown with lights, cameras, and action. Parking is restricted after 6:00 pm on Center Street from Ellis to Water, so plan to be there early for the pre-partying. The merchandise tent will be in front of City Hall, and merchants will be offering ghoulishly good treats. This event is spooktacular!
