City of Grand Haven issued the following announcement on Nov 1.
A $1 million buy/sell agreement to redevelop the Diesel Plant into a restaurant and event center, a resolution to reaffirm the goals of the 2018 Affordable Housing Task Force Report, creation of a snowmelt preservation fund, budget amendments for the purpose of developing an infrastructure Asset Management Plan, public hearings concerning 2022 dredge material placement and vacating a portion of Waverly Avenue right-of-way, and much more are agenda items for the City Council meeting on Monday. The meeting starts at 7:00p and will take place at City Hall.
