City of Grand Haven issued the following announcement on Feb 28.
After several years of commitment and dedicated work towards regional transportation, Harbor Transit and MATS are finally connected! Harbor Transit will now take passengers, upon request, to the Mercy Clinic located at 6401 Prairie St. #1400, Norton Shores, MI. Once the passenger arrives at the location, there is an established bus stop, where the Harbor Transit passenger can either ride a MATS Bus fixed route, or call MATS GO2 On Demand Service. A MATS rider wanting to take Harbor Transit will need to call Harbor Transit Dispatch to set up meet at this location. Harbor Transit will then Dispatch a bus to go to the Mercy at the Lakes and pick up the passenger.
Harbor Transit service hours:
Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm (last pick-up 5:30pm)
Saturday 9am – 4pm (last pick-up 3:30pm)
Sunday 8am – 12:30pm (advanced registration required)
How to schedule:
Call (616) 842–3200 - Rides can be scheduled same day with a minimum of an hour notice but please call 24 hours in advance of your desired pickup time to ensure that they can provide you with the service you expect.

Monday – Friday 7am – 5:50pm
Closed Saturday and Sunday
Go2 Service Hours:
Monday – Friday 7am – Midnight
Saturday 8am – 5pm
