GVSU women's golf team ranks 15th entering final NCAA Championship round

The GVSU women's golf team has concluded the second day of the NCAA Championships, currently holding 15th place with one round remaining. Flagler leads the competition at six under par, closely followed by West Texas A&M at five under. Findlay occupies third place at two over par, while Lynn and Dallas Baptist are tied for fourth at three over.

GVSU is positioned in 15th place with a score of +27 after shooting a round of 304. Julia Sanchez is leading for GVSU, tied for 42nd place at +5 after scoring a round of 78 (+6). Olivia Stoll and Megan Miron are both tied for 59th place at +7. Stoll achieved a team-low round of 73 (+3) with three birdies, and Miron scored a round of 77 (+5) with four birdies. Rachael Krieger is tied for 80th at eleven over par after shooting a round of 76 (+4) with two birdies. Paula Badino finished the day in a tie for 86th place at +14 after shooting an 82 (+10).

The GVSU team will commence their final round tomorrow morning at 8:50 AM, paired with Southwest Oklahoma State and Cal State East Bay.
