The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has recognized 56 events from Grand Valley State University with All-Region honors for the 2025 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field season. This includes accolades for 26 male athletes and 19 female athletes from the university.

To qualify for this award, individuals must rank in the top five of their respective individual events or be part of a relay team ranked in the top three. Athletes from Grand Valley State earned these honors within the Midwest region.

Several athletes achieved first-place rankings in their events. Among the men, Jaivon Harrison secured the top spot in high jump, while Zach Pray, Nick Walper, Jacody Sikora, and Myles Rhodes led the 4x100m relay team. On the women's side, Klaudia O'Malley topped both the 1500m and 5000m events; Maria Mitchell was first in the 3000m steeplechase; Erika Beistle excelled in discus and shot put.
