On Sunday, April 27, former Spring Lake High School standout Avery Flynn’s current college team, the Findlay Oilers, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Malone Pioneers.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Oilers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 30 at 2:30 p.m. at Firestone Stadium against Ashland Eagles.
