Allegen Public Library issued the following announcement on Oct. 25
Join Christine Hassing, Angela Moe, and Sunny the Therapy Dog to learn more about the positive healing impact canines have on trauma, crisis, victimization, grief, anxiety, and depression. This event will include an opportunity for each participant to engage with Sunny the Therapy Dog while also learning more about the positive impact Sunny has had through the sharing of “Tails from the Field.” This event will also involve an interactive exercise that demonstrates the power of story-telling and story-listening.
